Ashley Morales is a dedicated mother of five who has resided in her current home for the past five years. Throughout this time, she has faced challenges with multiple landlords who have neglected essential property maintenance and failed to adhere to housing codes. In response to these experiences, Ashley became actively involved with Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts in 2019, driven by a commitment to advocate for tenant rights and effect meaningful change in her community.
Through her engagement with Neighbor to Neighbor, Ashley has collaborated with fellow residents to address housing injustices and promote equitable living conditions. Her firsthand experiences with substandard housing have fueled her passion for community organizing and tenant advocacy.
