Juan Williams Jr., is our Worcester Organizer at Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts, where he leverages over eight years of experience in youth development and four years in social justice organizing to empower his community. As a proud father of three boys—Ayden, Mesias, and Adi—Juan is deeply committed to creating a better future for the next generation.
A native of Lawrence, Massachusetts, Juan’s early talent in baseball led him to be drafted directly out of Lawrence High School to play professional baseball for the New York Yankees’ minor league system. This experience instilled in him the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
Transitioning from athletics to community activism, Juan has dedicated himself to advocating for social justice and youth empowerment in Worcester. His work focuses on addressing systemic inequalities and fostering inclusive environments where all community members can thrive.
In his role with Neighbor to Neighbor, Juan collaborates with local leaders and residents to develop programs and initiatives that promote civic engagement, equitable access to resources, and community-driven solutions. His leadership and passion continue to inspire positive change throughout the Worcester area.
