Yahjira Feliciano is our Worcester Organizer and movement builder at Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts, where she works to amplify the voices of working-class communities across the state. Rooted in her Puerto Rican heritage and a lifelong commitment to justice, Yahjira brings heart, strategy, and deep community knowledge to the fight for racial, economic, and environmental equity.
At Neighbor to Neighbor, she focuses on leadership development, political education, and building people-powered campaigns that challenge the status quo and center the lived experiences of BIPOC and immigrant communities. Yahjira is a fierce believer in collective liberation and a multiracial democracy built by and for the people.
Outside of organizing, she finds joy in nurturing her roots, building meaningful relationships, and creating space for healing and transformation.
