Miles Gresham is the Campaign Director for Neighbor to Neighbor Massachusetts—a dedicated advocate for justice, equity, and community empowerment.
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Miles earned a History degree from Howard University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School. Over the past nine years, he has worked at the intersection of law, politics, and policy, using his expertise to drive meaningful change.
Before joining Neighbor to Neighbor, Miles served as a Policy Fellow for the Partnership for the Public Good, where he focused on police transparency and criminal justice reform. He also spent seven years practicing law as a public defender with the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, advocating for those most in need. His commitment to systemic change extended to his role as Chair of the Erie County Corrections Specialist Advisory Board and as a member of the Erie County Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative Task Force.
In 2022, Miles brought his passion for organizing and advocacy to Massachusetts, leading campaigns that build power and fight for collective well-being. Whether tackling racial, economic, or climate justice, Miles is deeply committed to creating a fairer, more just society.
Beyond his work, he remains engaged in conversations on justice and policy, sharing insights through public speaking and social media. Neighbor to Neighbor is honored to to have Miles on our team, pushing forward the fight for equity and community-driven change.
